To implement the Co-op program, the department of Computing Science
wishes to add
four
new, non-credit Practicum Courses (CMPT 426, 427, 428, and
429), and drop the existing Practicum Courses (CMPT 411, 412, 413)
from the Calendar.
This change is necessary to meet the requirements for the co-operative
education program passed by Senate on Monday, June 5, 1978. The form of four
Practicum courses and zero credit is identical with the Mathematics Proposal
approved by Senate in February, 1978.
