Under the SADC reports Senate has been advised that it is 

desirable to establish further policies relative to some aspects of 

student records management, including the degree of permanency of 

retention of disciplinary actions and access to such information.

PURPOSE: ? 

The Committee is charged with bringing forward 

recommendations on the most suitable terms of 

reference but to generally include the degree of 

permanency of retention of disciplinary actions 

and access to such information. The terms should 

also include the broader, more general aspects of 

confidentiality of records and access to same.
