The approval by Senate of S.78-114 - Proposal for New Admission Require- 

ments for B.C. Secondary School Graduates, gave rise to Paper S.79-111 

revising' the Terms of Reference of the SUAB to allow the Board to 

review student applications as described. In preparing Paper S.79-111, 

the second paragraph under PROCEDURES at present does not accurately 

describe the intent of the original motion. 

The following motion will establish consistency with the Terms of 

Reference: 

MOTION: ? 

" That the following wording in 5.79-111: 

'PROCEDURE, Section (d) ... in the same manner as all 

other applicants who are denied admission' be replaced by: 

'PROCEDURE, Section (d) ... only if they are able to 

present additional information (which was not available 

at the time of the SUAB decision) which is relevant and 

consistent with the criteria used by 

SUAB."
