Economics Minor Program
Upper Division Requirements
PLEASE NOTE:
RATIONALE:
This is a change in course number only. Students
are currently advised to take the statistics
course in lower levels even though it is
numbered at the 300 division and this creates a
great deal of confusion as to whether it should
be counted at the upper or lower level. Offering
this course at the lower division would alleviate
this problem.
A further advantage would be that the course
can be offered at the college level for transfer
credit. Students will, therefore, be able to
attend much smaller classes.
