It is proposed that Simon Fraser University's

Convocations be spread over two days and that the dates

in 1986 be:

Friday, June 6th at 2:30 p.m. (Business Administration)

Saturday, June 7th at 9:45 a.m. (Applied Sciences, Education

and Science)

at 2:30 p.m.

Convocation dates for the other two provincial univer-

sities are:

University of Victoria

Friday and Saturday,

May 30 and 31

University of B.C.

?

Wednesday, Thursday, Friday,

May 28, 29 and 30

I assume that you will present these dates to Senate for

information. Please send me a copy of the paper you prepare

in that regard and advise me if there is any discussion of

these dates at Senate.

After I hear from you, I will advise all departments.
