I shall introduce the following motion at the next meeting of the
Senate Graduate Studies Committee:
Motion
that the Chairperson of the Women's Studies Graduate Program
be a voting member of the Senate Graduate Studies Ccmnittee.
Rationale
The Warren Studies Programme is an administratively independent
. ?
unit staffed by faculty, most of whom have joint appointments .with
other Departments. Graduate students are registered in the programme.
All independent graduate prograrirres currently have membership on the
Senate Graduate Studies Corrrnittee.
