1. Recommendations for the award of graduate degrees in 1985

approved.
2. Recommendations for Admission involving substantial doubt. One recommendation
was considered and approved.
3. Change in title and description for LING 807 and MRN 631.

Graduate curriculum changes were approved for the dartments of Geography,
Biological Sciences, Chemistry, History, Political science, Natural Resources
Management, Computing Science, English, the Day and Executive Business
Administration programmes.

Women's Studies Representative on the Senate Graduate Studies Committee.
7. Approval of a new graduate grading system.

Authority delegated to the Dean of Graduate Studies by the Executive Committee

1. Recommendations for Admission meeting University requirements.
2. Recommendations to approve transfer credit for courses taken at another
institution.

Approval of recommendations for time extensions.

Approval of Master's Examining Committees.
