RATIONALE: The department has received numerous complaints
from students that this course is "too difficult"
for the 300 Division, and that because of its
number, they have taken it too early in their
programmes. In response to these complaints, the
department is requesting a change of number, in
order to indicate to students that this course
should be taken late in their program.
