Financial Statement

Section 31 of the University Act states: "The board shall make an

annual report of its transactions to the universities council, in which

shall be set out a balance sheet and a statement of revenue and

expenditure for the year ending on the preceding March 31, and

other particulars the universities council may require. A copy of the

annual report shall be transmitted promptly to the senate"
