The following vacancies are still outstanding on the undernoted Senate

committees. In addition, with the approval of the new Electoral Standing

Committee, there are three positions available as noted. A call for nominations

is now issued to try to fill all of these outstanding vacancies.

Under Senate regulations any Senator who wishes to submit nominations to the

committee shown below may do so by

notifying the Secretary of Senate

in

writing of such nominations, to reach this office no later than

Friday, January 29, 1988.

Nominations received after that time cannot be

accepted.

If a nomination is made, the Senator making the nomination must

ensure in advance that the nominee is willing to stand for election.

Electoral Standing Committee

Three Senators (one of whom must be a student)
