Item (d) requires an editorial modification - Interdisciplinary Studies should be

replaced by Applied Sciences, to reflect the change in the University's

organizational structure.

The position of Vice-President, Administration has been discontinued, and

consequently a change to Item (b) is required.

Motion: "that Senate approve, and recommend to the Board of

Governors, that Item (b) in the composition of the Search

Committee for a Vice-President, Academic be changed

from 'the Vice-President, Administration' to 'a Vice-

President, selected by the President'."
