For Information

At the request of SCAR, I prepared and sent out via email a survey about the Senate

meeting time.

39 valid responses were received. 24 respondents felt that the 7pm meeting time for

Senate was suitable [17 of these respondents are or had been Senators], 14

respondents felt it was an unsuitable time [7 of these respondents are or had been

Senators].

SCAR noted that the evening time garnered more support than the afternoon time

and decided not to recommend any change to the time of Senate meetings at the

present time.
