2000 gives rise to the following motion:

"that Senate approve a change in the terms of reference for SPCSAB allowing the

committee to report annually to Senate in November of each year."

Rationale

A review of Annual Reports submitted from SPCSAB in the past indicated that the report

was usually submitted for the November Senate meeting, rather than the October

meeting. It is difficult for the committee to provide the Annual Report for the October

meeting of Senate due to heavy workloads associated with the beginning of the semester.
