In response to the Senate Review Committee, the Senate Electoral Standing Committee
recommends:

To be elected by and from the members of the Committee - 2 year term of office.
(Lynn Copeland will be the Vice-Chair, pending approval of this recommendation.)

The quorum is set at 2 voting members. (one-half the number of voting members on the
Committee)
Changes to Terms of Reference:

Appointment of Vice-Chair and Quorum
At the meeting of the Calendar Committee held June 20, 2000, the committee appointed
Dr. Martin Hahn as Vice-Chair. The committee agreed that the quorum for this
committee shall be 3 voting members.
