I can fully appreciate that SCAR believes they have fully addressed this issue, but I also

believe, without personally committing to his position, that Dr. Kazepides has the right

to be heard in chamber. If his position proves without merit, then senate can dismiss

any motions that arise from it in a democratic manner. Again, please extend my sincere

thanks to SCAR for once again considering this issue.
