Senate Dinners

The Diamond University Centre will be closed for the first five months of 2005 for an expansion
and renovation. During this period, Senate dinners will have to be held in a different location.
• At the SCAR meeting today, it was agreed that the Senate dinner would be held in Raven's
cafeteria which is located on the 2000 level of the West Mall Centre. Chartwells has promised
that an extended menu would be available and each Senator would be given a card to be used to
purchase whatever dinner choices are made. The amount billed through the cards would be
charged to the Senate account. We will try this location and arrangement on a pilot basis in
January and February.
