May 2005 Senate Graduate Studies Committee approved the

following curriculum changes in the Faculty of Arts & Social Sciences: ?

Political Science - PhD program degree requirements, changing from "20 credit hours of graduate course work" to "at

least five graduate courses". Elimination of the requirement to complete all courses before completion of any other

• program requirement, and changing wording about timing of the comprehensives.
