Members to the Board

On May 31, 2005 the terms of office for both elected faculty positions to the Board of Governors

will expire. The term of office is specified as three years. Consistent with the practice that has been

adopted by Senate in setting terms of office such that there is some continuity of constituency

representation, it is proposed that the terms of office in the upcoming election of faculty members to

the Board of Governors be revised.

candidate receiving the highest number of votes wW be declared

elected for a three year term of office and the candidate receiving the

second highest number of votes
