MBB Honors program should be moved to
p
212, after major program].
Students must meet the criteria specified by each program (i.e. MBB and FBA) for entering an
Honors program, and must seek the permission of the MBB dept. In addition to the major
program requirements, MBB/Bus joint honors students will complete both of
6 credits of 400 division BUS or BUEC courses beyond those required for the joint major; and a
minimum of 6 credits of research-related MBB courses, which can be fulifilled with MBB 496-6.
RATIONALE: During its approval of the MBB joint major programs, Senate made it clear that
it would be desirable to provide an Honors degree option. Business and MBB have agreed upon
this model for their joint honors degree.

This program is identical to the joint majors, but with the addition of 6 credits each from
Business (400 division courses as specified for the Honors program in Business) and MBB (new
course MBB 496, or some other combination of research-related MBB courses).
