The Senate Committee on Agenda and Rules (SCAR) reviewed its membership and-terms

of reference/procedures recently and recommends that Senate approve the following

revisions:

That the following revisions to the membership of the Senate Committee on Agenda

and Rules be approved and take effect immediately:

That a Student Senator (Alternate) position be added to SCAR; and

2.

That the position of Secretary be a non-voting position.
