Rationale
The new criteria match the admission criteria for TechOne. SlAT gets the majority of its students from Tech One, and they
are admitted if they meet the new model specified above. The current SlAT direct admission criteria are more specific, in that
they include Science 12, and as a result, potential SlAT students are not evaluated against the same admission criteria, forcing
some of the students to work around the system or to give up on the SlAT program altogether. The proposed change will
resolve these issues.
