    DESCRIPTION
    Introduction to systems modeling andanalysis.
    Applicationto engineering systems including:
mechanical, electrical, thermal, and fluid systems.
Allows the student to acquire, in a time-efficient and
uncomplicated manner, knowledge in the formation
and construction of dynamic models. The simulation
models that the student will design in this course
accommodate these analyses, with the construction of
realistic hypotheses and elaborate behavior models.

Please be advised that the University Curriculum Office has approved B-
    Hum/Sci designations for:
ENSC 106 Applied Science, Technology and Society
    to be effective January 2013.
    This course is equivalent to
ENSC 100W (B-Hum/Sci) but offered at Surrey
campus. Breadth designations were overlooked when W was approved for the
companion co-requisite ENSC 105W, but are required for consistency. As this
course is only offered annually, in the Spring term, expediting the application
of the B designations is requested.
