The course will have three orinci

Students will become knowledgeable about the major
issues which affect decisions regarding the education
of young children in both home and school settings.
2.
Students will become competent in the design of
curriculum in a variety of forms for use in early
childhood educational oroarams
3.
Students will become articulate about the problems and
Drospects that will impact the nature of early
childhood education in the future
F:EQUIREMENTS
Students will be required to complete two major assignments:

A take-home examination, during late October, based
uoon the major textbook and lecture/discussion
material
