Please place the attached new course proposal on the agenda

for the next Faculty of Arts Curriculum Committee meeting.

I sent this proposal to Dr. Wideen, Chairman of the Faculty of

Education Curriculum Committee, and he circulated it to his faculty.

Professor Zola had some question about course overlap. However, we

have discussed the matter and are agreed that the methodology and goals

of the Education and proposed English course are so different that there

is not substantial overlap.
