    This course is offered in French. It is intended for French
    immersion and programme-cadre teachers at the Elementary and
    Secondary levels. The main focus of this course is to learn
    how to adapt basic French (or French as a second language)
    teaching techniques to immersion and programme-cadre classes.
    This course deals with a variety of approaches including the
    communicative approach.
    The students will also learn to use error analysis techniques.
    ELIGIBILITY
    1. Native-like fluency in French*.
    2.
    Teaching certificate and some teaching experience in
    French immersion or programme-cadre de francais.
    *French proficiency will be assessed during the first week
    of class. The opportunity of attending the course as an
    auditor will be offered to those whose level of French is
    not fluent enough.
