Action undertaken by the Senate Committee on Undergraduate Studies 

at its meeting of November 16, 1982 gives rise to the following motion:- 

MOTION: 

"That Senate approve and recommend approval to the Board of 

Governors, as set forth in S.82-131 , the proposal to require 

a 2.0 average in the Science courses used to satisfy the 

requirements for a Minor."

The Faculty of Science recently approved a proposal to require 

a 2.0 average in the science courses used to satisfy the requirements 

for a minor. An appropriate entry in the calendar could be placed 

in the second paragraph under the heading "Programs" on page 95 

of the 1982/83 Calendar.
