SCIA's annual report to Senate for 2007 (paper S.08-66) contains an error. Item 2.18 states that an

MOU with PCF Internacional, Madrid, Spain was approved. In fact, SCIA was asked to approve

this proposal, but the minutes clearly show that SCIA declined to do so. A

the SCIA annual report for 2007. will be posted on appropriate websites and submitted to the

Secretary of Senate with the following change:
