Enclosed is a copy of the transfer credit agreement that Douglas College and Simon

NEC is a private post-secondary institution in Vancouver that is operated under the
auspices of the Urban Native Indian Education Society. In the past they have partnered

The articulation of these courses will be on an interim measure until the BCCAT

Dear Mr. Walkus
Douglas College and Simon Fraser University have articulated six of your Criminology courses
below as transferable to both of our institutions. The articulation of these courses is an interim
measure until there is a procedure in place whereby your Centre may apply for 'academic
accreditation' for articulation and transfer in the BC Transfer System (BCCAT).
The other four courses you submitted for evaluation are still under review.
