Date: October 20, 1966

We will have sufficient graduates of one kind or another by spring to

hold a Congregation. I suggest Friday, April 28th, Saturday, April 29th,

or Saturday May 20, 1967.

Spring Examinations end April 21st and Summer Lectures begin May 4th.

UBC Congregation is June 2nd, Victoria's is May 29th.
