Removed EDUC 829 as a prerequisite, due to update of course content

GS2005.42 (b) Minor Calendar change concerning composition of Ed.D. supervisory

committee

Language concerning external members of the supervisory committee was altered to

better reflect graduate regulations concerning supervision committees for students

enrolled in professional degrees.
